  1. I love old photos too, I always try to imagine what the people in them were thinking. To say nothing of how things change, even down to how people stand/pose for photos.

  2. Lighting is suddenly far more essential, and incredibly expressive. Particularly in regards to facial expression, which I believe is why the black and whites came back in popularity for the really dramatic close up photos.

  3. Just as some scenes make better pictures than others, some ideas make better applications than others. And the antiquities brought to life before us are rendered of higher and more significant value in their somewhat simplistic presentation; black and white vs color. Yet there are many things which are dangerous when rendered simplistic, such as the view that every new life is the gift of God: You’re not going to believe this: Another Republican U.S. Senate candidate just made an outrageous statement about rape.

In a debate last night, Indiana Republican candidate Richard Mourdock claimed that when a woman is impregnated during a rape, “it’s something God intended.”

    • When our countries are rotting and becoming little better than third world countries, moronic lefties will STILL vote for our demise.

  4. And are all those top twenty percenters going to pay for the cost of raising all those unwanted children? Starvation brings out the worst in societies, my friend. Even down throughout your history, think about it…

  5. And are all those top twenty percenters going to pay for the cost of raising all those unwanted children?
Well, they pay for the rest of you Democrats!
